Contiview's role
Contiview is an intermediary marketplace. The seller of the container and the issuer of the sales invoice is the trader who published the listing; the sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller.
How an order works
Placing an order is a reservation: within its business hours the seller confirms or rejects it within at most 1 working hour (for orders placed outside business hours the deadline starts at the beginning of the next working day); without an answer the reservation expires and the container becomes available again. After confirmation payment is made by bank transfer with a payment deadline of 2 days; the transfer details are included in the confirmation e-mail and on the order tracking page. The exact pickup address becomes visible after the payment arrives.
Cancellation
Until payment the order can be cancelled free of charge on the order tracking page. After payment the route of resolution is Contiview customer support and the dispute process.
Contiview Protection
Contiview Protection covers: fresh photos of the containers immediately before handover, a direct Contiview phone line and priority help in a dispute. It is not insurance and not a financial guarantee.
